Danaher Corporation is seeking a technically skilled, hands-on specialist to implement, configure, and optimize laboratory automation and diagnostic IT systems. You will train users, deploy solutions, and work with cross-functional teams to ensure reliable system performance and regulatory compliance.

The role focuses on process improvement, system adoption, and customer support, with substantial travel across Italy and Europe. Fluency in Italian and English is required, plus another EU language.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering or Computer Science; master's preferred.
• Experience in laboratory automation or diagnostic environments.
• Strong knowledge of automated diagnostic systems and middleware.
• Excellent communication and training delivery skills.
• Willingness to travel 50-70% across Italy/Europe.

Mansioni

• Support installation, configuration, validation, and integration of laboratory automation and diagnostic IT systems.
• Provide on-site and remote technical support to ensure system reliability and performance.
• Deliver training to laboratory staff and customers for effective system adoption.
• Analyze workflows to identify opportunities for automation-driven efficiency.
• Serve as a technical expert on automation solutions for customers and internal teams.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and high-quality standards.
• Collaborate with Sales, PMO, Service, and R&D to ensure project success.
• Maintain accurate documentation and reporting of system activities and improvements.
