Danaher Corporation in Italy seeks a Senior Manager Field Service to lead the national Service and Field Applications organization, driving exceptional customer support and operational excellence across a large, dispersed team.

You will define the national service strategy, partner with Commercial and Sales to enable growth, mentor leaders, travel up to 50%, and ensure alignment with regulatory standards and the company’s diagnostics expertise.

Competenze

• 10+ years in Medical Diagnostics, Healthcare, Medical Device, or Life Sciences with significant leadership in Field Service and/or Field Applications.
• Proven track record leading managers and dispersed teams, driving operational performance and transformation.
• Strong leadership, strategic thinking, stakeholder management, and business acumen; ability to influence senior leaders.
