Job summary

D-EDGE is seeking a passionate Sales Manager to grow our presence in Italy, with a focus on Naples. You will identify opportunities, promote our hospitality tech suite, and close impactful deals with hotels and hotel groups.

As a true business partner, you will map client challenges to D-EDGE’s solutions, build long-term relationships, and work across Product, Marketing, and Support to ensure client success and retention.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in the hospitality industry.
• Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience.
• Strong knowledge of hotel distribution landscape (OTAs, CRS, Channel Managers).
• Fluency in German and English.

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage hotels and hotel groups in assigned territory.
• Present and tailor proposals for D-EDGE solutions.
• Build long-term relationships to manage a high-value portfolio.
• Lead full sales cycle from pitch to closing and meet targets.
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing and Support to ensure client satisfaction.
• Share client feedback to improve offerings.
• Represent D-EDGE at industry events in Germany to generate leads.
• Regular client visits.
