Zero Networks is seeking a senior NA customer engineering leader to drive technical success for major clients. You will oversee complex implementations, mentor engineers, and partner with Sales, Product, Support, and Customer Success to maximize value and identify expansion opportunities in NA.

You will lead a team, ensure delivery excellence, and shape scalable processes to support growth, while maintaining strong client relationships and clear technical communication across audiences.

Competenze

• 5+ years in sales engineering, solutions engineering, or similar customer-facing technical role.
• 3+ years leading technical teams.
• Strong technical background with ability to grasp complex product functionality and customer architectures.
• Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Proven ability to manage multiple complex implementations simultaneously.
• Experience with customer relationship management and stakeholder relationship building.

Mansioni

• Lead and mentor the NA customer engineering team, focusing on coaching, career development, and performance management
• Oversee complex customer implementations, integrations, and solution architecture projects for North America
• Build and sustain relationships with key NA customer stakeholders as the primary technical contact
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Support and Customer Success to ensure satisfaction and upsell opportunities in NA
• Develop and refine customer engineering processes, best practices, and documentation
• Monitor team capacity and allocate resources to balance client needs with team sustainability
• Provide technical leadership on complex customer problems and requirements
• Track and report metrics such as customer health, timelines, and satisfaction for NA account portfolio
