NTT DATA, Inc. is seeking a Senior Network & Security Technical Lead in Milan to guide the Global Network Operations team. You will lead complex Cisco and Palo Alto deployments, coordinate multi-country engineering efforts, and ensure secure, reliable infrastructure delivery for a major luxury client.

The ideal candidate excels in leadership, has CCNP/CCIE and PCNSE, and thrives in an international, fast-paced environment with a strong customer-focus.

Competenze

• 8+ years in Enterprise Network and Security environments with at least 2 years in a technical lead role.
• Proven experience leading technical teams and delivering complex infrastructure projects.
• Certifications such as CCNP/CCIE and PCNSE are required for this role.

Mansioni

• Serve as the Technical Lead for the engineering team on network and security deployments.
• Coordinate engineering assignments based on priorities, expertise, and resources.
• Collaborate with PMO to define priorities and manage project execution.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement mitigations proactively.
• Act as the L4 escalation point for complex networking and security issues.
• Lead technical governance meetings and delivery of Cisco/Palo Alto projects.
• Perform expert troubleshooting in multi-vendor environments and conduct RCA for major incidents.
• Ensure compliance with customer security policies and change management processes.
