Megatron Sensors is seeking a Multilingual Sales Assistant to manage post-sales requests, support the CEO with itineraries, calendar management, and meetings, and contribute to client engagement in a dynamic, international setting.

You will prepare and distribute weekly sales reports, coordinate cross-functional communication, and support the development of sales strategies. Fluency in Italian and English plus strong MS Office skills are required.

Competenze

• Fluent in Italian and English (B2+); testing during selection.
• Advanced MS Office skills: Excel, Word, PowerPoint (testing).
• Nice-to-have: other European languages.

Mansioni

• Order & Customer Request Management: handle orders and follow-ups; coordinate with logistics, production, finance; prepare weekly sales reports.
• Support for Key Clients: organize CEO travel, manage calendar, coordinate meetings; prepare data, briefs, and client communications; create PowerPoint presentations.
• Strategy: assist in defining and executing sales and marketing plans.
