Megatron Sensors, a leading manufacturer of electrical components, seeks a Technical Quotation Specialist to drive accurate bids and fast quotations for industrial applications in Italy. You will manage data, cost inputs, and product documentation to ensure competitive, technically sound offers.
You will collaborate with sales and engineering teams, using SAP ERP and MS Office tools to optimize pricing, margins, and quote turnaround times.
Competenze
- Proven experience in bid and/or pricing management.
- Proficiency in using SAP or similar ERP systems.
- Experience in Manufacturing and/or HVAC-R or related industrial applications is a plus.
- Fluency in Italian.
- Good command of English (B1 or above; testing during selection).
- Knowledge of additional European languages is an advantage.
Mansioni
- Prepare and support commercial offers and bids using internal pricing tools.
- Collect and validate technical and cost data for quotations.
- Track quotation outcomes to improve win rates and efficiency.
- Ensure BOMs and technical registries are complete for quoted products.
- Maintain unit costs and calculate contribution margins where needed.
- Support pricing tools and ERP systems during quotation phases.
- Update internal databases and ensure proper archiving of quotation materials.
