Megatron Sensors in Italy seeks a proactive role to support the sales team and drive lead generation via LinkedIn. You will manage content creation, update the company website for better lead capture, and coordinate tools like Brevo and WordPress to improve automation and outreach.

The role requires strong Italian and English, advanced Office skills, and a collaborative, fast‑paced startup mindset with willingness to travel for team meetings and events.

Competenze

• Languages: Italian (mandatory) and English (B2 or above).
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills: Word and PowerPoint.

Mansioni

• Lead generation and management: move prospects through the funnel; define and execute programs to grow the pipeline and upsell.
• Outreach and social media: update contact lists for outbound providers.
• Content creation: create online/offline graphics (e.g., Canva) and generate buyer persona content for funnel stages.
• Website management: update and optimise the company website for lead generation and SEO; coordinate with developers; produce training materials for sales staff.
• Processes and systems: liaise with external providers for outbound calls and data management; implement tools for sales effectiveness.
• Technical tools: be primary user of Brevo, MeetAlfred, WordPress; optimise MAR-TECH stack; assess new automation tools.
• Reporting and administration: monitor costs; travel for team events; support marketing plan development and sales strategies.
