Job summary

Ericsson is seeking a Managed Services Presales Lead Intern in Italy. The role involves supporting presales for Managed Services, collaborating with cross-functional teams and the EMEA Presales organization to serve customers seeking outsourcing of operations.

You will assist in business development, prepare technical and commercial proposals, and respond to bid requests, contributing to unsolicited offers aligned with strategic plans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a related field and recent graduate or up to 2 years of experience.
• Strong analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills are essential.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills are expected.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Proactive mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Support the definition of scope and solution for Managed Services engagements.
• Translate customer requirements into efficient and scalable delivery models.
• Provide input requirements and interact with Ericsson Global Delivery Center.
• Review costing for defined solutions and identify risks and mitigations.
• Prepare documentation and presentations to describe the offer and value to the customer.
• Create business cases to assess profitability of opportunities.
