Oracle leads the way in AI and cloud solutions, seeking a Senior Manager of Software Development to build and coach a multidisciplinary team in Morocco. You will drive AI-enabled capabilities, tackle complex distributed systems, and set engineering standards across architecture, testing and observability.

You will balance people leadership with strong technical judgement, delivering secure, reliable platforms and services while guiding teams through rapid AI-driven evolution.

Competenze

• Must have strong full-stack software development expertise including front-end, APIs and cloud-based architectures.
• Experience hiring, developing, coaching and retaining high-performing software engineers.
• Demonstrated success managing teams in a matrixed organisation with shared accountability.
• Experience delivering enterprise software, cloud services or developer platforms.
• Proven ability to establish and improve engineering standards and practices.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to explain complex topics clearly.
• Bachelor’s degree in CS, Engineering or related field or equivalent practical experience.
