Moncler in Trebaseleghe (PD) is seeking a passionate Legal Intern to join our Legal Department in our corporate offices. This full-time, 6-month internship offers hands-on experience in contract and civil law and broad exposure to national and international matters.

You will support the team with contract review, consultancy in civil and commercial law, and coordination of litigation with external counsel. Fluent English and strong teamwork are essential.

We are looking for a passionate and engaged Legal Intern to join our Legal Department in our Corporate Offices in Trebaseleghe (PD).

Your Impact

In this role, you will support the team in the following activities:

• National and International Contractual Law (including but not limited to: Marketing & Communications, Event, Digital, Ecommerce, Retail, Privacy, Supply Chain, Purchasing & Procurement, Manufacturing, Wholesale & Distribution);
• Consultancy in civil and commercial law;
• Management of national and international litigation (in coordination with external legal counsel).

Qualifications

• Fluent knowledge of the English language;
• Ability to handle substantial workloads within a structured and dynamic environment;
• Teamwork skills;
• Good interpersonal skills.
