Moncler S.P.A. is seeking a Legal Intern to join our Corporate Offices in Trebaseleghe (PD). The role offers immediate availability, full-time commitment for six months, and an internship allowance while you grow within our legal team.

You will support national and international contract law, provide civil and commercial law consultancy, and assist in coordinating litigation with external counsel, gaining hands-on experience in a dynamic environment.

Overview

IMMEDIATE AVAILABILITY | FULL-TIME | 6-MONTHS

We are looking for a passionate and engaged Legal Intern to join ourLegal Department in our Corporate Offices in Trebaseleghe (PD).

Your Impact

In this role, you will support the team in the following activities:

• National and International Contractual Law (including but not limited to: Marketing & Communications, Event, Digital, Ecommerce, Retail, Privacy, Supply Chain, Purchasing & Procurement, Manufacturing, Wholesale & Distribution);
• Consultancy in civil and commercial law;
• Management of national and international litigation (in coordination with external legal counsel).

Qualifications

• Fluent knowledge of the English language;
• Ability to handle substantial workloads within a structured and dynamic environment;
• Teamwork skills;
• Good interpersonal skills.
