Moncler in Trebaseleghe (PD) is seeking a passionate Legal Intern to join our Corporate Office. This 6-month, full-time internship starts immediately and offers exposure to national and international contract law, civil and commercial matters, and litigation support.

You will work with our Legal Department, handling projects across Marketing, Ecommerce, Privacy, Supply Chain, and more while developing essential professional skills in a dynamic, collaborative environment.

Competenze

• Fluent knowledge of the English language.
• Ability to handle substantial workloads within a structured and dynamic environment.
• Teamwork skills.
• Good interpersonal skills.

Mansioni

• National and International Contractual Law (including but not limited to: Marketing & Communications, Event, Digital, Ecommerce, Retail, Privacy, Supply Chain, Purchasing & Procurement, Manufacturing, Wholesale & Distribution).
• Consultancy in civil and commercial law;
• Management of national and international litigation (in coordination with external legal counsel).

Your Impact

In this role, you will support the team in the following activities:

• National and International Contractual Law (including but not limited to: Marketing & Communications, Event, Digital, Ecommerce, Retail, Privacy, Supply Chain, Purchasing & Procurement, Manufacturing, Wholesale & Distribution);
• Consultancy in civil and commercial law;
• Management of national and international litigation (in coordination with external legal counsel).
