Moncler Milan, Global HQ, invites a passionate Legal Intern to join the Intellectual Property & Brand Protection team. You will assist in all operative activities, support case files, and contribute to investigations in IP, unfair competition, IT and digital laws.

This six-month, full-time internship starts in October. Requirements: Law degree, fluent English, strong MS Office skills, and the ability to work both in a team and independently.

Competenze

• Degree in Law and fluent English, both written and spoken.
• Proficient use of Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint).
• Good interpersonal skills, motivation, proactivity, flexibility and ability to work in team and alone.
• Analytical skills and problem-solving approach.

Mansioni

• Support all operative activities of the Intellectual Property & Brand Protection office.
• Assist in the management and archiving of IP & Brand Protection files.
• Conduct case law research and parasitic analyses in IP, unfair competition, IT and digital laws.
• Study new legislations/regulations in depth.
• Screen new product names, payoffs, advertising campaigns and collections.
• Assist in the operative management of administrative files.

Overview

STARTING FROM OCTOBER | FULL TIME | 6 MONTHS

We are looking for a passionate, motivated and engaged Legal Intern to join our Intellectual Property & Brand Protection Global HQ in Milan.

Your Impact

In this role, you will support our teams in the following activities:

• All operative activities of the Intellectual Property & Brand Protection office;
• The management and archiving of Intellectual Property & Brand Protection file;
• Case law research and pareristics in the field of Intellectual Property, Unfair Competition, IT and Digital Laws;
• In-depth study of new legislations/regulations;
• The carrying out of screening for new product names, pay off, advertising campaigns, collections and alike;
• The operative management of administrative files.

Qualifications

• Degree in Law;
• Fluent in English, both written and oral;
• Proficient use of Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Power Point);
• Good interpersonal skills, including motivation, proactivity, flexibility, ability to work in team and alone;
• Analytics skills, problem solving approach.
