Moncler is seeking a Legal Intern to join our Corporate Office in Trebaseleghe (PD) for a 6-month, full-time internship with immediate availability. You will support national and international contract law, civil and commercial matters, and coordination of litigation with external counsel.

Requirements include fluent English, the ability to handle substantial workloads in a structured, dynamic environment, and strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.

Overview

IMMEDIATE AVAILABILITY | FULL-TIME | 6-MONTHS

We are looking for a passionate and engaged Legal Intern to join ourLegal Department in our Corporate Offices in Trebaseleghe (PD).

Your Impact

In this role, you will support the team in the following activities:

• National and International Contractual Law (including but not limited to: Marketing & Communications, Event, Digital, Ecommerce, Retail, Privacy, Supply Chain, Purchasing & Procurement, Manufacturing, Wholesale & Distribution);
• Consultancy in civil and commercial law;
• Management of national and international litigation (in coordination with external legal counsel).

Qualifications

• Fluent knowledge of the English language;
• Ability to handle substantial workloads within a structured and dynamic environment;
• Teamwork skills;
• Good interpersonal skills.
