Moncler is seeking a Legal Intern to join our Corporate Office in Trebaseleghe (PD) for a 6-month, full-time internship with immediate availability. You will support national and international contract law, civil and commercial matters, and coordination of litigation with external counsel.

Requirements include fluent English, the ability to handle substantial workloads in a structured, dynamic environment, and strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.

Competenze

• Fluent knowledge of English is required.

• Teamwork and strong interpersonal skills are essential.

Mansioni

• National and International Contractual Law (Marketing, Events, Digital, Ecommerce, Privacy, Supply Chain, Purchasing & Procurement, Manufacturing, Wholesale & Distribution).
• Consultancy in civil and commercial law.
• Management of national and international litigation (in coordination with external legal counsel).
