Ten Square Games is seeking a hands-on Game Designer to help make Rortos’ mobile titles more engaging, rewarding and fun for players worldwide. You will own features from idea to delivery, balancing systems and collaborating with cross-disciplinary teams to ship updates that improve player experiences.

You will design gameplay features, run experiments, define KPIs, and craft clear design docs while keeping a strong focus on data-driven iteration and player satisfaction.

Competenze

• Hands-on game designer with mobile F2P experience.
• Understanding of gameplay mechanics, progression, motivation and engagement loops.
• Ability to independently design and deliver gameplay features within established direction.
• Understanding of game economy, rewards, progression and difficulty.
• Use data and player feedback to inform design decisions.
• Familiarity with game design KPIs and measurable goals.
• Experience preparing clear design specs and using spreadsheets.
• Strong communication and collaboration across disciplines.
• Proactive, problem-solving mindset, willing to experiment and learn.

Mansioni

• Design and improve gameplay features from concept to iteration.
• Analyse competitor games to identify opportunities for Rortos games.
• Define hypotheses and KPIs to evaluate feature success.
• Collaborate with developers, artists, UX designers and analysts.
• Create prototypes, test solutions and iterate based on data and feedback.
