Ten Square Games is looking for a hands-on Game Designer to help us develop and improve gameplay features in Rortos games for mobile players worldwide.

You will own specific features from idea to implementation, collaborate with developers, artists, UX designers, analysts and other teammates, and translate data and player feedback into creative, measurable improvements that boost engagement and retention.

Competenze

• Practical experience as a Game Designer, ideally in mobile F2P or live-service games.
• Ability to independently design and deliver gameplay features within an established game and product direction.
• Understanding of game economy and balancing principles, including rewards, progression and difficulty.
• Familiarity with game design KPIs and the ability to define measurable goals for features.

• Designing and improving gameplay features, taking them from concept through implementation and iteration.
• Analyzing competitor games and features to identify opportunities and propose improvements for Rortos games.
• Defining hypotheses and measurable KPIs to evaluate the success of designed features.
• Collaborating with developers, artists, UX designers, analysts and other team members to align implementation details and deliver features.
• Creating prototypes, testing solutions and iterating on features based on data, player feedback and product goals.
