Accenture is seeking a hands‑on Infrastructure Architect to design and optimize AI and ML infrastructure across cloud and on‑prem environments in Italy. You will lead compute provisioning for GPU clusters, build deployment automation, and drive end‑to‑end production readiness of AI systems while mentoring junior engineers.

The role emphasizes InfraOps and MLOps, security, cost efficiency, and scalability, working with Docker, Kubernetes, and modern AI tooling in a fast‑paced environment.

Competenze

• Practical experience in coding, building, monitoring, troubleshooting AI/ML applications and infra
• Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts
• Proficiency in Python, Java, or C++
• Experience with data pipelines and workflow tools (Airflow, Kubeflow)
• Excellent problem‑solving and collaboration skills
• Proven experience in AI/ML infra engineering on a hyperscaler platform

• Write, review, and debug code, scripts, and infra‑as‑code for AI infrastructure and tooling
• Configure and provision compute resources across cloud and on‑prem environments
• Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines for AI systems and data pipelines
• Deploy AI systems, models, and data pipelines into production
• Lead container orchestration and model serving with Docker, Kubernetes
• Optimize the computational stack for performance, power, cost, and scalability
• Evaluate tools and platforms to shape the infra roadmap
