Lely Italia is seeking a Technical Service Support for Milking to be the technical expert for our automatic milking robots. You will support Lely Centers, train staff, and ensure solutions perform at their best across Italy.

Collaborate with technicians, customers and Lely International to continuously improve products. This role requires travel to farms for audits and occasional trips to the Netherlands for training.

Competenze

• Hold a Technical Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Mechatronics, Automation, Computer Science or related field, with 2–3 years in tech service or engineering, or a Bachelor's degree with no required work experience.
• Strong understanding of electrical principles and troubleshooting.
• Fluent English (spoken and written).
• Enjoy both hardware and software technologies.
• Familiar with digital diagnostic tools and applications.
• Basic knowledge of a programming language is a plus.

Mansioni

• Provide second-line technical support to Lely Center technicians via phone, remote support and ticket management.
• Deliver technical training courses and hands-on workshops to develop technicians’ knowledge.
• Support installation, commissioning and troubleshooting of milking robots and herd management software.
• Visit farms to perform technical audits and support interventions.
• Test and validate new products and features, provide feedback to improve solutions.
• Share technical knowledge across the Lely Centers network.
• Participate in the hotline (24/7) monthly to support field technicians.
• Occasionally travel to the Lely Campus in the Netherlands or other clusters for training and international projects.
