Job summary

OVRSEA Italy is seeking a motivated intern to join our Milan office. You will be part of a fast-growing team led by our Country Manager, helping to expand our Italian client base and to deliver transportation services end to end.

The role focuses on lead generation, prospecting and objection handling, and on improving our sales techniques. You’ll gain hands-on experience with Salesforce and modern outreach tools, with a January 2027 start and potential conversion to a full-time position.

Qualifications

• Native Italian and fluent English.
• 6-month internship starting January 2027.
• Strong interpersonal skills and hunter mentality.
• Willing to learn and grow quickly in a sales environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead generation for new prospects and building a qualified pipeline.
• Prospecting and handling objections to secure meetings with Sales Executives.
• Continuously improve sales techniques and document approaches in CRM.
