Kong's Milan office is seeking an IT support specialist to own day-to-day IT operations, from laptop setup to maintaining Wi‑Fi and access. You will be the lone Milan-based IT presence, covering the intersection of help-desk, systems admin and light security.

The role includes AV setup and end-user support across Mac, Windows and mobile. You will administer Okta, Google Workspace, Slack and Zoom, manage MDM devices, and handle onboarding/offboarding with security settings.

Competenze

3+ years in IT support/operations.
Hands-on with Okta, Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom; MDM experience (Intune/Jamf).
Genuine network/systems admin exposure (Wi-Fi, firewall, DNS).
ITSM ticketing experience.
Fluent professional English.

Mansioni

Own day-to-day IT support for the Milan office: device lifecycle (order, ship, enroll, retire).
Zoom room/AV setup, and hands-on troubleshooting across Mac, Windows and mobile.
Administer core tools — Okta, Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom — onboarding/offboarding, access, licensing and security settings.
Manage endpoints via MDM (Intune or similar) and monitor endpoint security (CrowdStrike or equivalent EDR).
Get hands-on with network and infrastructure basics—firewall, Wi-Fi, DNS—and maintain ITSM SLAs.
