eXalt is seeking its future Director in Italy to lead the launch of a Milan-based offering in Tech & Digital Services, drive growth, and establish a strong local presence.

As co-founder of the Milan agency, you will represent eXalt, promote our offerings, build the local team, and steer strategic development with autonomy over clients, team, and P&L.

The role offers attractive compensation (fixed + performance-based variable) plus equity, with opportunities to open new branches and verticals.

Competenze

• Minimum of 5 years' experience selling services in the industry (consulting, IT services firm, or specialized consulting firm).
• Loves sales and recruitment; believes in eXalt and its offerings.
• Experience leading sales teams and consultants in tech and digital.

Mansioni

• Promote eXalt's offerings and lead the Milan market launch.
• Build and lead the local team; take ownership of the subsidiary and P&L.
• Drive strategic development with autonomy over clients, team, and growth of new verticals.
