Job summary

Henkel Adhesive Technologies is seeking a technically adept professional to manage line/start-up activities, advise on product applications, and deliver trainings for field teams and customers. The role requires a Master’s degree in Chemistry or Materials, strong lab skills, and travel up to 50% across Italy and Greece.

You will work closely with sales, marketing, PD, and project teams to identify opportunities, resolve issues, and drive optimized customer processes.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in chemistry or materials is required.
• Strong practical lab skills and analytical thinking.
• Fluent in Italian and English; able to travel up to 50% (Italy & Greece).
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Start-up lines/processes and recommend products; run trials with new products.
• Provide product applications training and coaching for field sales and customers.
• Communicate with sales, marketing, PD, and project teams.
• Advise customers on value-adding process solutions.
• Identify equipment solutions to improve customer processes.
• Conduct technical visits with CRM documentation (Salesforce).
• Use customer feedback to drive service improvements and new opportunities.
• Supervise lab work for samples and report results to customers.
• Promote SBU innovations and best practices across accounts.
