Henkel in Italy seeks a Chemistry/Materials specialist to support line start-up, product recommendations, and lab troubleshooting for customers and in the lab.

You will train field sales teams, communicate with cross-functional groups, and identify opportunities for equipment solutions. Travel up to 50% in Italy and Greece; fluent Italian and English are essential.

• Perform technical visits and document in the CRM (Salesforce).

What you´ll do

• Responsiblefor line and/or process start-up, product recommendations, customized
  productsapplications, trials with new products and troubleshooting at customers or atthe laboratory
• Responsiblefor products application / technical training and coaching of field sales
  forces andcustomers
• Responsiblefor directly communicating with sales, marketing, PD, Innovation, members
  of AE fieldteam or project team members
• Consultcustomers on solutions generating value for their processes
• Identifyopportunities to provide equipment solutions to enhance customer related processes
• Performtechnical visits (meetings, audits, troubleshooting, etc.) for customers with documentationin the CRM tool (Salesforce)
• Leveragecustomer feedback to drive optimization in customer service and identify new businessopportunities for sales colleagues
• Reportsquality issues / customers claims to relevant parts of the organization
• Maysupervise the laboratory work (incl. prioritization) for samples coming from customers,and report technical results to customers
• Promoteinternally SBU innovations and best learnings cross accounts

Gross annual salary starting from €37.000
