Sidel is seeking an Operations Manager for Mantova to act as the conductor of an industrial ecosystem, driving operational excellence and continuous improvement in a complex manufacturing environment. You will oversee the Mantova plant, lead cross-functional teams, and ensure safety, quality, and productivity through Lean and Six Sigma initiatives.

Your opportunity

As Operations Manager, you will act as the conductor of a complex industrial ecosystem, connecting people, processes, and performance to drive operational excellence across our Mantova plant. Your leadership will help create a safe, efficient, and continuously improving manufacturing environment where quality and innovation move together.

Your Mission

Reporting to the VP Operations Italy within the Production Center Italy Organization, you will oversee , Logistics & Material Handling, Assembly & Test, and Manufacturing activities - for Mantova plants. Working in an international and cross-functional environment, you will play a key role in strengthening plant performance, developing capabilities, and supporting Sidel’s commitment to operational excellence and sustainable growth.

Your Missions

• Lead the operations of Mantova plant, ensuring high standards in production performance, quality, and resource utilization.
• Ensure compliance with HSE policies, regulations, and applicable legal requirements across all operational activities.
• Implement and monitor quality control and traceability programs to achieve operational and customer quality objectives.
• Drive Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma initiatives, promoting continuous improvement across processes and teams.
• Collaborate with Sourcing, Procurement, Engineering, and Planning teams to support cost reduction and operational efficiency targets.
• Lead change management initiatives while fostering collaboration, capability development, and effective communication across functions.

Required Experience And Skills:

• Minimum 8/10 years in Manufacturing
• Experience in an international Manufacturing environment
• Technical educational background
