A global leader in automation solutions is seeking Electromechanical Maintenance Technicians for their site in Mantua, Italy. This entry-level, full-time role involves preventive and corrective maintenance of automated machinery, with a strong focus on learning and development. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in electrical and/or mechanical maintenance and is proficient in Italian. Competitive salary and benefits are offered.

Competenze

• Hands-on experience in electrical and/or mechanical maintenance, preferably in industrial or automated systems.
• Solid understanding of preventive maintenance principles and equipment troubleshooting.
• Valid authorization to work in Italy.

Mansioni

• Perform preventive, corrective, and scheduled maintenance on automated machinery and material handling systems.
• Conduct electrical and mechanical maintenance on storage, conveyor, and retrieval systems.
• Troubleshoot breakdowns, perform diagnostics, and ensure timely restoration of equipment functionality.
• Record all maintenance activities in the CMMS.
• Maintain compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards.

Conoscenze

Hands-on experience in electrical and/or mechanical maintenance

Understanding of preventive maintenance principles

Willingness to learn new systems and technologies

Proficiency in Italian (spoken and written)

Working knowledge of English
