The IET DT MES 4.0 Product Owner will play a key role in driving the MES 4.0 transformation program across IET, acting as a focal point between Digital Technology, Process & Tools/BPO teams and the business to shape and deliver the future Manufacturing Execution System landscape. MES 4.0 is a strategic, multi-year transformation aimed at evolving IET manufacturing operations from legacy and fragmented applications toward a modern, modular and scalable MES ecosystem, improving user experience, process standardization, operational efficiency and the ability to deploy common solutions across manufacturing sites. The program is progressively modernizing legacy AEC custom tool capabilities through the MES 4.0 platform developed on Oracle-Apex and broader manufacturing digital ecosystem. The Product Owner will drive MES 4.0 product evolution and standardization across IET, translating business needs into scalable product capabilities and coordinating their delivery from requirements and design through deployment and operational support.

  • Collaborate with Process & Tools/BPO teams and business partners in defining, prioritizing and maintaining the MES 4.0 feature backlog, ensuring alignment with the overall product roadmap.
  • Engage with DT horizontal teams to enable the digitization of new or improved manufacturing processes, ensuring that end-to-end solutions and integrations operate as designed.
  • Drive the integration of MES 4.0 with relevant applications within the manufacturing ecosystem, working with the appropriate DT teams to ensure effective end-to-end business processes and data flows.
  • Act as a connection point between functional and technical communities, facilitating convergence between manufacturing requirements, product design, technical solutions and enterprise architecture.
  • Fuel your passion.

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or another STEM discipline (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics).
  • Minimum 5 years of professional experience in Digital Technology, preferably in roles involving enterprise applications, product ownership, digital manufacturing or complex technology programs.
