• Bachelor's level engineering background and manufacturing exposure.
• Experience in process improvement, digital transformation or operations excellence.
• Ability to translate AI opportunities into measurable business value.

Responsabilités

• Design, implement, and improve standardized digitalized manufacturing processes.
• Deploy, optimize, and sustain the MES Enterprise system with Ops and Digital Tech.
• Drive adoption of digital tools to enhance productivity and traceability.
• Develop AI-enabled tools to automate workflows and improve decisions.
• Identify and scale high-value AI use cases with stakeholders.
• Apply lean principles to streamline workflows and reduce waste.
