Job summary

Baker Hughes is seeking an experienced Digital Technology Specialist - Technical Product Management to lead MES 4.0 initiatives within the IET. You will drive end-to-end delivery, translate business needs into scalable product features, and coordinate cross-functional teams across Agile environments to modernize manufacturing operations.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in a STEM field, 5+ years of Digital Technology experience, and strong English communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or another STEM discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in Digital Technology, preferably in roles involving enterprise applications, product ownership, digital manufacturing or complex technology programs.
• Experience across all phases of the application/product lifecycle from requirements through production support.
• Strong ability to collaborate across business and technical teams and communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Be accountable for end-to-end delivery of MES 4.0 initiatives and product releases with stakeholders.
• Contribute to project and feature prioritization and initiation with Agile methods.
• Drive standardization of MES 4.0 capabilities across IET.
• Translate business needs into clear, actionable product features and requirements.
• Collaborate on maintaining the MES 4.0 backlog and roadmap.
• Engage with cross-functional teams to enable end-to-end data flows.
• Drive integration of MES 4.0 with manufacturing applications.
• Act as a connection point between business and technical communities.
