Job summary
Baker Hughes Company is seeking a Manufacturing Senior Specialist - Projects & Initiatives in Italy (Toscana) to drive process standardization and digital transformation. You will lead the implementation of the MES 4.0 Enterprise system and promote lean principles to improve productivity, quality, and customer experience.
You will collaborate with Operations and Digital Technology to deploy AI-enabled tools, define value streams, and monitor performance metrics while guiding change management
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
- Experience in manufacturing process improvement or digital transformation.
- Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma and continuous improvement is nice to have.
- APICS certification is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and improve standardized and digitalized manufacturing processes across the enterprise.
- Deploy, optimize, and sustain the MES Enterprise system.
- Drive adoption of digital tools to boost productivity and quality.
- Identify AI use cases with Operations and ensure responsible adoption.
- Define value streams and monitor performance metrics.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration for global process templates.
