You will lead a team of product managers while staying hands-on, shaping strategy, and delivering high-impact features for merchant acquiring, in-store acceptance, and business financial services.

• 5+ years of experience in B2B product management in Fintech, PSPs, or related domains.
• Experience leading product managers and multi-stakeholder projects.
• Strong business sense with monetization and merchant engagement focus.
• High standards for UX/UI details and operational excellence.
• Data-driven mindset with advanced data platforms usage.
• Fluent in integrating AI tools into product operations.
