Satispay is seeking an experienced Product Manager to own the BNPL credit feature from strategy to scaling in Milano. You will drive from concept to launch, ensuring the UX is intuitive and credit tooling integrates smoothly with payments.

You will orchestrate work across Finance, Marketing, Data Science, and Fincrime, and define clear user stories for Engineering. You’ll analyze metrics to optimize credit features and uncover new opportunities while documenting processes for smoother delivery.

Competenze

• 5+ years as a Product Manager, including at least 3 years in the Credit domain
• Proven experience launching products from scratch and scaling them
• Strong understanding of credit scoring, collection management, and financial mechanics
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams (Engineering, UX, BI, Finance)
• Professional fluency in English

Mansioni

• Drive the strategy and execution for BNPL products from 0 to 1 and manage scaling phases
• Focus on the UX and customer-facing side of credit to ensure intuitive tools
• Act as an orchestrator across Finance, Marketing, Data Science, and Fincrime to align priorities
• Write clear user stories and requirements for Engineering, aligning frontend with backend credit scoring and collection
• Analyze usage and performance metrics to optimize credit features and discover new opportunities
• Advocate for thorough documentation and efficient workflows to anticipate obstacles and ensure delivery
• Take full ownership of the Credit business line within the Features & Payment domain
