Satispay in Milan is seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead payment product strategy from concept to launch and scale. You will own the UX, define requirements, collaborate with Engineering, Compliance and Marketing, and ensure regulatory controls are integrated.

Competenze

• 3+ years as a Product Manager in payments/fintech.
• Proven track record shipping products from scratch to scale.
• Deep experience with at least one payment rail and related mechanics.
• Strong understanding of payment economics and performance data.
• Comfort working within PSD2, SCA and AML regulatory constraints.
• Proven ability to collaborate with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Professional fluency in English; Italian not required.

Mansioni

• Define product strategy and roadmap for payment features.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Compliance, Legal and Marketing.
• Translate user needs into clear requirements and specs.
• Own UX and customer-facing experiences for payments.
• Analyse product usage and performance metrics to optimise features.
