Job summary

Johnson & Johnson MedTech in Italy seeks a Field Service Engineer to install, maintain, and repair surgical equipment at customer sites. You will ensure services meet contract standards and support clinicians with technical guidance.

The role covers on-site repairs, remote support, and collaboration with Sales to draft service tenders and quotes. A Biomedical/Mechanical/Electronic engineering degree, B2 English, and a valid driving license are required.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree (biomedical/mechanical/electronic) with >12 months' field experience.
• English level B2 or higher.
• Type B driving license.
• Knowledge of IEC 60601 and IEC EN 62353 standards.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair equipment in the assigned territory.
• Liaise with customers on technical and commercial matters and prepare service documentation.
• Provide remote and on-site technical support and repairs.
• Prepare repair quotations and support commercial negotiations with Sales.
