Job summary

Johnson & Johnson Italy is seeking a Field Service Engineer for the Surgery division to install, service and repair equipment at customer sites across the Roma area, ensuring operations meet contractual standards.

You'll liaise with Clinical Engineers and Hospital Technicians, provide on-site and remote technical support, and contribute to tenders and service contracts while upholding ISO quality procedures.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering (biomedical, mechanical, electronic) or equivalent.
• English level: Upper-Intermediate – B2.
• Type B driving license.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair equipment at customer sites.
• Liaises with customers on technical and commercial matters; prepares service documentation.
• Provides remote technical support and operational guidance to customers.
• Prepares repair quotations and supports commercial negotiations.
• Ensures compliance with ISO standards and quality procedures.
