Nordson Precision Agriculture in Rubiera, Italy, is seeking a Mechanical Engineer to join the R&D Mechanical Engineering team. Design and develop advanced mechanical and mechatronics systems powering next-gen precision agriculture equipment.

You will work in a dynamic, international environment reporting to the Mechanical Engineering Manager. The role emphasizes structural and hydraulic/mechatronic design, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and delivering reliable, innovative

Competenze

Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent).
Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role.
Excellent command of CAD tools and PLM.
Solid knowledge of plastic injection-molded components design.
Strong knowledge of pneumatic and hydraulic systems.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
Understanding of project management principles and FMEA.
Experience with FEM simulation is a plus.
Intermediate level of English.
