Gts Group Ltd in Italia cerca un Ingegnere di progettazione meccanica e Ricerca e Sviluppo per guidare lo sviluppo di macchine automatiche nel settore packaging. Sarai responsabile dall’ideazione al collaudo, lavorando con team internazionali in Italia, Spagna e Cina.

È richiesta laurea in Ingegneria Meccanica/Meccatronica, competenze avanzate in SolidWorks e esperienza con macchinari automatizzati; si valutano anche conoscenze di Creo e AutoCAD e la disponibilità a viaggiare per test e collaudi.

Competenze

• Laurea in Ingegneria Meccanica o Meccatronica oppure titolo equivalente.
• Esperienza nella progettazione di macchinari automatizzati di packaging o simili.
• Forte esperienza con SolidWorks e competenze in AutoCAD; Creo è un bonus.
• Conoscenza dei processi di produzione: lavorazioni meccaniche, saldatura, assemblaggio.
• Approccio metodico e capacità di guidare progetti in modalità indipendente.

Mansioni

• Progettare meccanicamente prodotti nuovi end-to-end, dall’ideazione fino al collaudo.
• Sviluppare modelli 3D e disegni di produzione in SolidWorks; coordinarsi con il team di automazione.
• Gestire test sul campo e assemblaggio presso fornitori e produttori.
• Redigere documentazione tecnica che tenga tutto in linea con gli standard interni.

If you've spent your career designing machines that handle, sort, and pack things at scale, and you're ready to lead that work rather than just contribute to it, this is worth a proper look. Our client engineers automated machinery for the fruit and vegetable industry across Europe, the kind of equipment that quietly keeps produce moving from field to shelf. You'd join as a lead mechanical engineer on new product development, taking a project from a blank sheet through design, prototyping, testing and validation, working alongside engineering and automation teams based in Italy, Spain and China.

This isn't a role where you hand off a drawing and move on. You own the mechanical side end to end: 3D models and manufacturing drawings in SolidWorks, joint debugging with the automation team once hardware meets software, and field testing where you're the one pulling data and solving problems when something doesn't behave as designed. You'll also work directly with manufacturers and suppliers to sort out the inevitable issues that surface during assembly and commissioning, and write up the technical documentation that keeps everyone else honest. xpavfwm

What you'll bring

• A degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics or similar
• Experience designing automated, non-standard machinery — box handling, filling, weighing, palletising, case packing or similar packaging-line processes
• Strong SolidWorks skills; AutoCAD needed, PTC Creo Parametric a bonus
• Solid grasp of manufacturing processes: machining, sheet metal, welding, assembly
• A methodical approach and the confidence to lead a project rather than wait to be told what's next
• Comfort working independently across an international team, including occasional travel for testing and commissioning
• Fluent Italian or Spanish
