G.D S.p.A, part of Coesia, is seeking a Mechanical Engineering professional to join the Machine Cost Analysis Team in Bologna. You will support analysis of machine and line costs for new prototypes and existing equipment, bridging technical and cost perspectives to drive cost reductions.

The role requires a Master's in Mechanical Engineering, 1-2 years in manufacturing/production engineering, strong Excel skills, and English at B2 level.

Competenze

• Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering is required.
• 1-2 years of experience in manufacturing, industrialization, methods & time analysis, production engineering, cost engineering, or similar technical environments.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to interpret complex technical cost data.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and good knowledge of Office Suite.
• Good knowledge of English (B2) written and spoken.
• Knowledge of SAP will be considered a plus.

Mansioni

• Support cost simulations and estimates for machines and complete packaging lines.
• Analyze actual industrial costs and compare with budgets or standards.
• Review bills of materials and large data files to understand cost structures.
• Identify main causes of cost deviations from a technical and production perspective.
• Contribute to cost reduction activities by analyzing components, technologies and processes.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Operations and technical offices to ensure accurate cost analysis.
