A leading packaging and automation solutions provider is seeking Automation and Software Engineers for their Young Professional Program (YPP). The role is designed for recent graduates who will engage in real-world projects and receive mentorship from industry leaders. Candidates should possess a Master’s Degree in a relevant field and be fluent in English and Italian. This full-time position offers a supportive learning environment and competitive compensation.

What You Need to Be Successful

• Master’s Degree in Automation Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
• Less than 18 months of professional experience
• Fluency in English and Italian; a third language will be considered a plus
• Ability to build strong interpersonal relationships and trust with colleagues and stakeholders
• Innate aptitude for teamwork
• Personal drive and result orientation.
