G.D S.p.A, part of Coesia, is seeking a Mechanical Engineering professional to join the Machine Cost Analysis Team in Bologna. You will support analysis of machine and line costs for new prototypes and existing equipment, bridging technical and cost perspectives to drive cost reductions.
The role requires a Master's in Mechanical Engineering, 1-2 years in manufacturing/production engineering, strong Excel skills, and English at B2 level.

Within the Machine Cost Analysis Team, the candidate will support the analysis of machine and line costs, working on both new prototypes and consolidated machines/lines.
This role combines a technical understanding of complex automatic machines with a strong analytical approach to cost evaluation, with the objective of identifying cost deviations, understanding their root causes and supporting cost reduction initiatives.
The candidate will work closely with technical departments, Operations and other internal stakeholders to analyze machine baselines, compare actual costs against budget/standard costs, and interpret cost deltas through a technical perspective.
In particular, the selected resource will be responsible for:
Compensation for this role includes a base salary ranging from EUR 33,000 to EUR 37,000.
A range of additional benefits (e.g., insurances, etc.) is also available in accordance with Company policy.
The applicable collective agreement is the CCNL Metalmeccanico.
