Job summary

ABB is seeking a Planning & Fulfillment professional to lead end-to-end inventory planning, including aligning sales and invoicing with purchase requisitions and customer orders. You will set inventory targets, maintain parameters, and ensure replenishment through accurate purchase orders.

You will collaborate with operations buyers and suppliers to optimize lead times, MOQs, quality, and on-time delivery while communicating in Italian and English.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of SAP is nice to have.
• Experience in inventory planning and replenishment processes.
• Fluent in Italian and English, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Define inventory policies based on segmentation and business rules.
• Calculate and maintain inventory parameters (safety stock, reorder point, lot size, lead time).
• Coordinate material planning with call-offs to convert requisitions into POs.
• Collaborate with buyers to ensure supplier performance and timely deliveries.

Each day, you will support internal customer service inquiries.
