AGAP2 Italia is seeking an experienced Senior Materials & Welding Engineer to join our international team on a complex offshore project in Italy. The role focuses on material selection, corrosion protection, coating, welding engineering, and QA/QC across pipelines and subsea structures.
Key duties include developing specifications, conducting corrosion assessments, coordinating with fabrication and installation teams, and ensuring compliance with relevant standards.

The salary range for this position is €65,000 to €95,000 gross per year. The position is governed by the Italian Collective Bargaining Agreement (CCNL) for Commerce and Tertiary Services applied by our company. Placement within the salary range will be determined based on technical skills, relevant experience in the role, and the outcome of the selection process, according to objective and neutral criteria. In the case of candidates with exceptional qualifications or experience exceeding the requirements of the indicated range, a review of the salary package may be considered, subject to internal approval.
