AGAP2 Italia is seeking an experienced Senior Materials & Welding Engineer to join an international engineering team working on a complex offshore project in the Milan area.
The role requires a strong background in materials engineering and corrosion management, with fabrication oversight across pipelines, subsea structures and coatings. You will coordinate technical activities with suppliers and multidisciplinary teams.

The salary range for this position is €65,000 to €95,000 gross per year. The position is governed by the Italian Collective Bargaining Agreement (CCNL) for Commerce and Tertiary Services applied by our company.
Placement within the salary range will be determined based on technical skills, relevant experience in the role, and the outcome of the selection process, according to objective and neutral criteria. In the case of candidates with exceptional qualifications or experience exceeding the requirements of the indicated range, a review of the salary package may be considered, subject to internal approval.
