Job summary

Intuitive is seeking a Marketing Assistant to support the Italian marketing team with programs, events and communications. This fixed-term role reports to the Marketing Manager and requires strong organization and attention to detail.

The ideal candidate is analytical, able to manage multiple tasks, deadlines and stakeholders, with good English and proficiency in Excel, Microsoft 365 and SFDC.

Responsibilities

• Creation and approval of marketing promotional materials.
• Management and tracking of the Marketing budget.
• Coordination of Italian HQ demo room bookings.
• Management of demo room material orders.
• Management of operational workflows related to Marketing event recruitment.
• Updating SFDC for Marketing event management.
• Management of contracts for local events.
• Monitor deadlines and track the progress of ongoing activities.
• Coordinate with multiple internal and external stakeholders.
