Job summary

Intuitive is seeking a Marketing Assistant to support the Italian marketing team with programs, events and communications. This fixed-term role reports to the Marketing Manager and requires strong organization and attention to detail.

The ideal candidate is analytical, able to manage multiple tasks, deadlines and stakeholders, with good English and proficiency in Excel, Microsoft 365 and SFDC.

Primary Function of Position:

As part of the regional Marketing team reporting to the Marketing Manager, the Marketing Assistant (fix term role) is responsible for supporting the Italian marketing team with programs, projects, customer events and communications.

We are looking for an analytical, detail-oriented, and highly organized professionalwho can manage tasks and information in a structured manner, with strong attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Manage and organize activities, documentation, and priorities, with a primary focus on:
  1. Creation and approval ofMarketing promotional materials
  2. Management and tracking of theMarketing budget
  3. Coordination ofItalian HQ demo room bookings
