Intuitive is seeking a Marketing Assistant to support the Italian marketing team in Lombardy. This fixed-term role requires an analytical, detail-oriented, and highly organized professional to manage programs, events, and communications.

Responsibilities include creating and approving promotional materials, tracking the marketing budget, coordinating demo room bookings, ordering materials, updating SFDC, and handling contracts for local events while coordinating with multiple stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• Experience in a corporate back-office or operational support role (2+ years).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Create and approve Marketing promotional materials.
• Track the Marketing budget.
• Coordinate Italian HQ demo room bookings.
• Manage demo room material orders.
• Oversee operational workflows for Marketing event recruitment.
• Update SFDC for Marketing event management.
• Manage contracts for local events.
• Monitor deadlines and progress.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
