Job summary

Jet is hiring a data-driven Marketing Ops/RevOps leader in Italy to own measurement end to end, including attribution, forecasting and budget tracking. You will clean and define marketing data, build dashboards with the central data team, and challenge strategy with evidence.

Youll own funnel metrics and lead scoring, drive automation, and collaborate across RevOps, Data, SalesOps and Growth, with hybrid work from Milan.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Marketing Ops, RevOps or Marketing Analytics for B2B SaaS with budget and pipeline targets.
• Deep HubSpot expertise including lifecycle stages, workflows, lead scoring and reporting.
• Knowledge of tracking, UTMs, ad-platform APIs and CRM objects; SQL/BI experience a plus.
• Sceptical, rigorous mindset; ownership of data quality and cross-functional alignment.

Responsibilities

• Own measurement end to end: attribution model, forecasting and budget tracking with RevOps and CMO.
• Make marketing data clean and usable: own definitions, data quality and dashboards.
• Challenge marketing strategy with data: assess investments and speak with plan owners.
• Own funnel performance and lead scoring; define funnel metrics and act on them.
• Automate reporting and build tools so the team answers without delays.
