Job summary

Agoda is seeking a strategic, data-driven Senior Manager to lead the marketing function for a major partnership, owning the P&L and guiding a small team. You will shape strategy, drive performance, and align marketing with business priorities across multiple whitelabel brands.

You will lead cross-functional initiatives, manage budgets, and influence partner marketing direction, delivering measurable impact and sustained growth for Agoda’s partnerships.

Qualifications

• 7-10+ years in marketing, growth, or analytics roles.
• Understanding of performance marketing fundamentals (PPC, metasearch, app marketing, or SEO)
• Experience optimizing marketing campaigns toward ROI/profitability targets
• Familiarity with attribution models and incrementality measurement
• Background in digital marketing, growth marketing, or marketing analytics preferred
• Bonus: Experience with experimentation design and statistical analysis
• Executive communication and stakeholder management experience

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of 2-3 marketing specialists.
• Set OKRs aligned to partnership goals.
• Conduct performance reviews and career development conversations.
• Own the full marketing P&L for the partnership.
• Define analytics roadmap and experimentation strategy.
• Synthesize insights into executive-ready recommendations with business impact.
• Collaborate with partner marketing leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Develop annual marketing roadmap and quarterly plans.
