Job summary

Agoda seeks an experienced Data Analyst to shape the Flights marketing strategy and drive growth across channels. You will analyze large datasets, run rigorous experiments, and collaborate across Marketing, Flights product, and supply teams to identify opportunities and actions.

You will translate complex data into actionable insights, present findings to senior leaders, and mentor a team of analysts. A strong data-driven mindset and excellent communication are essential.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Data Analyst experience on big data projects, preferably in tech/e-commerce/digital marketing.
• Bachelor's degree in CS/Statistics/Math/Engineering/Economics and Finance.
• Data-driven approach with ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Proficient in BI tools and data warehousing; SQL, Tableau and MS Excel are essential.
• Strong written and verbal communication with stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience in stakeholder management with commercial acumen.
• People management experience: hiring, coaching, developing team members.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with ownership and delivery focus.

Responsibilities

• Define marketing strategy for Flights vertical (excluding pricing).
• Spearhead development and optimization of growth across channels (CRM, paid performance).
• Perform end-to-end analysis of large datasets to identify trends and actions.
• Develop hypotheses, design experiments (A/B tests), and build analyses to evaluate campaigns.
• Collaborate with Marketing Accommodation, Flights product and flights supply to interpret data trends.
• Monitor effectiveness of initiatives and provide insights for improvement.
• Present findings clearly to senior management and stakeholders.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of analysts; participate in hiring.
